Jenn Bonk is amazing!! We have been working with her to sell our home for over a year as we became aware we would be moving. She would routinely check in with us to see how our new build was progressing. Once we were ready to commit, she really performed! Fantastic communication, great advice, and guidance at every step of the way—and this is her normal way of operating. Additionally, we needed some small items repaired prior to listing the house. She had multiple contractors who were very responsive to the work required and the timing to complete...and affordable.
